It’s not often I can truly say I love a product- but this sturdy, easy to install, totally adjustable yet stable holder is a winner! (It replaced another design (gooseneck) that gave me a headache trying to see my phone as it bounced all over the place as if on a spring.) This holder is very stable and steady, stays in the position you set it and easy to adjust to the perfect position you like. I am so happy with this holder would absolutely buy it again! Love it!I like it so much.Its a decent phone holder. It fits in anything and stays secure. Mine wobbles where it has the 360 turn. Its not a deal breaker because it grabs the phone and holds it tightly with the fingers at the bottom its sure not to slip out the grip. It also has an opening underneath to charge at the same time. This is a good product for not much moneyI like that i do not have to worry about my phone falling out if this. So far, the ine i bought myself has lasted a good while....so I bought another one for my husband...I know he will live it!Very good built, easy to install and use highly recommend.I use if to hold my phone in the cup holders of my recliner. It keeps my smart phone at a good level so that my neck isn't bent too far down. It also leaves my hands free to write when I need to. I like it a lot. My only issue is that the area where the grips into is small for my phone, was hoping there was fuller or had a larger back to it as feels the phone in too long over the top part. The width and depth is good for a phone but wish it was deeper and suited for phone with a case or wallet covering. Lucky I can remove the phone as it is secure to wallet case with magnet. Will keep it and okay with it for what it is. Better and sturdy than anything with a flexible goose neck that are bad in my opinion and break.I find this holder perfect but it must fit your particular car. First make sure that your phone with its casing will fit securely in the adjustable mount. Second that the base will fit securely in the cup holder. And third, that the screen is easy to see and touch in your particular car. No use complaining otherwise.Less than six months after I bought it the squeeze function does not work anymore. Does not release I need to force it. Today I am sending an email to Support to see if they will exchange itThe spacers that it comes with in order to fit in the cup holder are not easily secured, so when you pull it out to use your cup holder for a drink (I have it in there when I'm the only one in the vehicle). On a road trip, we pull it out to use both cup holders for our drink and I found that the spacers just fall out.Once it's in and your phone is being held, it works pretty well though. I would probably move to a suction phone holder instead next time.Installed it in the cup holder and it lasted a couple days before the mechanism to latch to my phone failed. It also struggles with certain phone cases. Sent it back for a refund.
